Dru C. Gladney

Dru Gladney is currently President of the Pacific Basin Institute and Professor of Anthropology at Pomona College. For further info, pls see http://www.pomona.edu/pbi/drugladney.shtml. He received his Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Washington, Seattle, has been a Fulbright Research Scholar twice to China and Turkey, and has conducted long-term field research in Western China, Central Asia, and Turkey. Dr. Gladney has authored over 50 academic articles and chapters, as well as four books.
